A business strategy employee is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that help the company achieve its goals. Their duties include:

Compensation Range:

$80,000 – $150,000; At Golden Gates, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.

Developing a corporate real estate strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients and potential partners¹.

 Planning and managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties. This includes monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments. Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements. Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure³.

Developing a workplace strategy that achieves employee satisfaction via workplace design, and balances corporate objectives. This includes asking questions such as: How much space is necessary? What’s the ideal location? Which amenities are most important? What’s the market price point for rent?¹

Reevaluating the asset management task list to add or remove items as necessary. Periodically reassessing guideline relevance to ensure changes in corporate real estate strategy and local needs are reflected.

Planning for growth by seeking out new corporate real estate when necessary. This includes having a competitive strategy that achieves employee satisfaction via workplace design, and balances corporate objectives.
