A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of real estate projects from beginning to end. The duties include:
Compensation Range:
$58,000 – $61,000; At Golden Gates, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
Developing a project plan that includes timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identifying and managing project risks.
Ensuring that projects are executed according to the project plan.
Managing project teams and ensuring that they are working together effectively.
Communicating with stakeholders and team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
Ensuring that projects meet quality standards.
Evaluating project results and making recommendations for future improvements.
