A real estate driver transports clients and property materials, maintains the vehicle, and ensures timely arrivals while providing excellent customer service.
Compensation Range:
- Entry-Level: $30,000 – $40,000
- Mid-Level: $40,000 – $50,000
- Experienced: $50,000 – $60,000.
At Golden Gates, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
Safely transporting clients to and from property viewings and meetings.
Transporting marketing materials, signs, and other items related to property showings.
Ensuring the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
Planning efficient routes and managing schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
Providing excellent service to clients, addressing their needs, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Keeping accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Helping with administrative tasks or other duties as assigned by the company.
